Testimonials

“
Volunteering with Ritinjali for over a year has been a deeply rewarding journey. As a newsletter writer, I had the opportunity to craft articles that captured the organisation’s impact, initiatives, and field stories, which we then published on Substack to reach a wider audience. The process sharpened my writing and storytelling skills, while also giving me a sense of purpose, knowing our words helped amplify Ritinjali’s mission. What made the experience truly wonderful was the team that was supportive, collaborative, and always ready to guide me. Their encouragement turned every challenge into a learning moment, and I’m grateful for the growth, connections, and meaning this role brought me.

I did a session for the Ritinjali cohort on 21st Feb at their campus. The session was titled ‘How to respect women in your life’. The audience, consisting of 18-24-year-olds, engaged actively and meaningfully. I was pleasantly surprised and extremely happy that the questions came equally from all genders present in the room. It was evident that at Ritinjali, these young adults were in a safe space where they could express themselves freely and confidently. I am extremely proud of my association with Ritinjali.
