Guidelines For Contribution
As per Income Tax guidelines, Ritinjali is required to issue Form 10BE to donors. To enable this, contributors must provide their complete address and a valid government-recognised identification number.
As per FCRA regulations, foreign contributions require submission of a valid passport copy (front and back pages).
All eligible Indian contributions to Ritinjali qualify for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, as per applicable rules.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Financial contributions made to Ritinjali are voluntary and support its programmes in education, livelihoods, and community development.
In exceptional circumstances, cancellation or refund requests may be reviewed at the discretion of Ritinjali. Requests must be submitted promptly with relevant transaction details.
Ritinjali shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from any transaction failure, payment authorisation decline, technical issue, banking issue, or payment gateway-related issue.
