Anyone willing to contribute can volunteer with Ritinjali. There are no strict eligibility criteria. What matters most is your commitment, sincerity, and interest in working with the youth and underserved communities.

Not necessarily. While certain roles may require specific skills (such as communication or teaching), many opportunities are open to anyone willing to learn and contribute meaningfully.

You can volunteer in a variety of ways: supporting learning sessions, assisting with outreach during our student enrolment drive, contributing to communications, or offering professional expertise based on your skills. We also require volunteers during our Blanket Distribution Drive in December and January.

Time commitments vary by role. Some opportunities require regular engagement, while others, like our Blanket Distribution Drive, are short-term. We encourage volunteers to commit consistently for the greatest impact.

Both options may be available depending on the role. Some activities, especially those involving learners and communities, may require in-person participation, while others can be done remotely.

Yes. Volunteers receive an orientation to understand Ritinjali’s work, values, and expectations, ensuring your engagement is meaningful and aligned with our approach.

Most opportunities are based in Delhi (Kusumpur Pahari and Mahipalpur), with some other roles that can be supported remotely.

Yes. We welcome corporate, institutional, and community group volunteers for specific activities, workshops, or engagement initiatives.

While there is no strict minimum, we encourage volunteers to engage over a sustained period to build relationships and contribute more effectively.
