About Ritinjali
Ritinjali is a Delhi-based non-profit organisation creating integrated pathways from learning to livelihoods for children, youth, and underserved communities. We work across education, skilling, community development, and entrepreneurship, supporting individuals to overcome barriers, realise their potential, and build dignified, self-reliant futures.
Our programmes address the root causes of educational and economic exclusion through a continuum of care that combines education, skills development, wellbeing, healthcare, nutrition, mentoring, and employment support. We accompany learners through multiple stages of their journey, from childhood and second-chance education to pre- and post-employment, entrepreneurship, and lifelong growth.
For three decades, Ritinjali has remained committed to expanding access to opportunity while upholding the values of dignity, inclusion, compassion, and shared responsibility that continue to guide our work.

Our Approach
Actualising Potential
Through Wholistic Development
At Ritinjali, we believe sustainable transformation requires more than education or employment alone. Many of the individuals we work with experience interrupted learning, limited exposure, and low confidence, underscoring the need to address multiple aspects of their development.
Our approach focuses on wholistic development, integrating education, skills, wellbeing, and identity-building through five interconnected areas: cerebral, emotional, physical, social, and spiritual. Strengthened by our partnership with our sister organisation, Pallavanjali Learning Systems, this enables learners to build confidence, resilience, and sustain progress beyond our programmes.
Five Areas of Development

Cerebral Development
Strengthening academic foundations, critical thinking, and digital and financial literacy.
Emotional Development
Building confidence, self-awareness, and the ability to navigate personal and professional challenges.
Spiritual Development
Nurturing values, reflection, and a sense of purpose and inner strength.
Physical Development
Supporting health, nutrition, and overall wellbeing to enable consistent learning and participation.
Social Development
Developing communication, relationships, and a sense of responsibility within communities.
