Mohd. Altaf from Newari, Madhya Pradesh, was motivated to join Ritinjali while studying in Class 12 to seek career guidance. Through the ‘Work and Life Readiness’ programme, he developed communication, computer, and workplace skills. With mentoring and exposure to healthcare, he enrolled in a Medical Laboratory Technician course and trained at Pallavanjali. Altaf now works at Core Diagnosis, Gurugram, achieving greater financial independence and stability in the healthcare sector.
