THE BRIDGE PROGRAMME

In 2002, Ritinjali concluded the Bridge Programme at the Acharya Tulsi Sarvodaya Vidyalaya, Chattarpur, in New Delhi in partnership with the Government of Delhi. The objective of the programme was to assist students to cross over from MCD and NDMC schools to schools that are under the jurisdiction of the Directorate of Education. The work involved counselling the students, sports activities, entertainment, and ecological issues. This was part of a pilot project undertaken by the Delhi government and will be further scaled up towards dynamically improving school education in Delhi .
