Dalil Ekta Camp

This is one of the latest projects that Ritinjali has undertaken.Dalil Ekta Camp is a slum cluster comprising of around 250 jhuggis.Most of the children of this locality are out of school children. This project, which is around one year old, involves educating the children residing in these slum clusters ,located behind the Vasant Kunj Police Station. The centre is divided into 3 sections based on the student’s current knowledge levels.The students are taught various subjects like English, Maths, Environmental Science and Hindi. With the enhancement in their Knowledge level,some students are already looking to get admissions in government schools.The center has become so popular that children from the neighbouring slum cluster have started coming to the centre.
