Points Discussed:

1. List of Employees of Ritinjali to be sent to Mr. Kapur.

2. Darbhanga House: The contract needs to be looked into and see whether it has been fulfilled or not and if it has to be continued then NDMC will have to pay the salaries of the teachers.

3. A calendar of activities has to be made.

4. Project Proposals along with the budgets of the following projects need to be submitted by the 20 th of March-:

2. Kusumpur Pahari
3. Nathupur Pahari
4. Dalil Ekta Camp
5. Night School
6. Tihar Jail
7. Naari Niketan
8. AIIMS
9. Avlokan
10. NIOS
11. Teacher Training

• We also need to look into the preparation of Annual report and annual Journal and also into organizing of the Annual lecture.
• Newsletter to be sent to the all the people who have been part of any Ritinjali activities.
• Shilpa needs to talk to all members regarding the golf tournament and update there personal information in the database.
• Number of Children impacted on a daily basis by Ritinjali:12588
• Reports on Dhristhi, Kalikuppam and Darbhanga house should be distributed on the day of the Golf Tournament.
• All the reports have to be shown on Friday March 9 th at 9:00 P.m.
• Ashish to send the receipt to Rekha and get it signed by the end of this week.
• NDMC to be informed about the renewal of the contract.
• Ashish needs to give a current status report on Pul Bangash.
