Amarnath,Mukesh and Ranjeet have been asked to make a group of 20 boys and organize trekking trips to the forest and environmental exposure etc for the boys. The boys under them have to be issued Identity cards and they also need to be involved in civic duties like cleaning up of Yamuna etc.

Ms. Dhar proposed that she wanted to organize bike races for community boys and reward them with small gifts.Mr. Kapur approved and asked Mrs. Dhar to take the initiative and go ahead with the program.

Mrs. Dhar also proposed Inter school cricket matches between the various centres .Mr.Kapur asked Mrs. Dhar to organize the Matches within Kusumpur pahari first and then among other centres.

Mrs. Dhar and Mrs. Tyagi will start classes on vocal music for the kids of level 1 and 2 in kusumpur pahari for which a harmonium is required .Mr. Kapur has asked for a e-mail to be sent so that they can go ahead with the classes.

According to Mrs. Dhar Dalil Ekta Camp is functioning as`a tuition centre and` she did mobilization on two days to get the older children to come to the centre.

Mr. Kapur has also asked to mrs. Dhar to contact Mrs. Neenu Puri who is a trained English teacher so that she could come and teach English in the Kusumpur pahari centre.

Mrs. Dhar needs to prepare a report on the activities carrired out in Dharbanga house after discussing with Mrs. Kaul and Mrs. Bhasin.Mr. Kapur also said that the school would be run from now on only if NDMC is ready to take up the cost of it..

A 2 year performance report has to be prepared on Kalikuppam, Macarthur and the NDMC Bhagidari with Ritinjali.

A 2 year budget for all the projects has also got to be prepared.
